Areas of Concentration
In practice for over 18 years, Peter Spagnuolo concentrates in the areas of real estate, where he especially enjoys the challenges of complex lease negotiations with major real estate holders, and debtor bankruptcy, where he represents individuals and families who have been affected by the economy. Mr. Spagnuolo also practices in the areas of personal injury, contract law, and commercial litigation. As the owner of several fast-food franchise restaurants, Mr. Spagnuolo understands the needs of business owners—whether just starting up or well established. Peter Spagnuolo combines real world experience, a deep understanding of cases, and his passion for the law to represent clients as zealously as possible.
A New Yorker, Peter grew up in Hastings-on-Hudson and now lives in White Plains. He is a graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs (BA) and Albany Law School of Union University in Albany, New York (J.D. 1992).
